What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect the details you type in: your name, WhatsApp number, accommodation, the activity and date, participant names and, for certified divers, your certification details. When you complete a Dive Registration form before diving we also collect the safety and health answers, equipment sizes and meal preferences that the form asks for.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to confirm your trip, contact you on WhatsApp, prepare equipment, plan the dive safely and run the dive day.

Where it is stored

Booking and registration details are stored in Google Sheets that only our team can open. We do not sell your information. Underwater photos and videos are shared with you through a private link.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, for example how many people open the booking page. If your browser is in a European time zone we ask for your consent before analytics cookies are used. You can decline and still use the whole website. We do not use advertising cookies.

Other services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, shows reviews from Google Maps and is hosted on Cloudflare. WhatsApp links open the WhatsApp app or website, which have their own privacy policies.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp or writing to karimunjawascubadiving@gmail.com.
