Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Weather Conditions: Diving is subject to sea and weather conditions. Your safety is our priority. If we cancel a trip due to unsafe conditions, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a deposit refund. This helps us manage our boat and crew schedules.

Safety & Guest Requirements

Your safety is our absolute priority. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note the following requirements:

  • Health Declaration: All divers must be in good physical health. If you have a history of asthma, heart conditions, or lung issues, please consult a doctor before booking.

  • No-Touch Policy: We practice responsible diving. To protect the fragile ecosystem of Karimunjawa, touching, stepping on, or taking anything from the reef is strictly prohibited.

  • Equipment Check: We use only well-maintained, regularly serviced gear. However, divers are encouraged to perform a buddy check before every entry.

  • Alcohol Policy: No alcohol consumption is allowed before or during diving activities.
